Bumpsale Prompt License

1. What you can do

When you buy the Prompt, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on an unlimited number of websites, apps, and Lovable projects that you own or operate — for personal or commercial purposes.

2. What you cannot do

• Share, publish, post, or otherwise distribute the Prompt file or its contents.
• Resell, sublicense, rent, or give the Prompt away — in whole or in part.
• Reverse-engineer, paraphrase, or repackage the Prompt to create a competing prompt, template, or product.
• Remove or obscure any attribution, comments, or notices inside the Prompt.
• Use the Prompt to train, fine-tune, or evaluate a machine-learning model.

3. Ownership

The Prompt remains the intellectual property of its author. This license grants you the right to use it — it does not transfer ownership.

4. Enforcement

If you break any part of this license, your license to use the Prompt terminates immediately, and your Bumpsale account may be suspended or cancelled without refund.

5. No warranty

The Prompt is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. The author is not liable for any damages arising from its use.
